Shipping Policy

We’re proud to offer fast and reliable shipping from our European fulfilment centre, based in the Netherlands. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how your order gets to your door.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to:

  • Belgium

Carriers & Fulfilment

All orders are processed and dispatched from our European warehouse at:
Watermolen 6, Oud Gastel, Netherlands, 4751 VK

We work with trusted carriers including DHL and PostNL to ensure safe, trackable delivery.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Handling Time: Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping Time: Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch.

You’ll receive tracking updates via email and in your Swann account portal. If you use the Shop App, you’ll also be notified there.

Shipping Costs

  • €5.95 flat rate for orders under €200

  • Free shipping on all orders over €200

Shipping fees are clearly shown at checkout. At this time, we do not offer express or same-day delivery options.

VAT & Duties

All prices shown on our website include VAT, and no additional import taxes apply within the Netherlands or Belgium.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also check tracking updates in:

  • Your Swann account portal

  • The Shop App (if used)

Failed Deliveries & Returns

If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us, we’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery. Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping is not covered — we do not provide prepaid return labels
