Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn, unused, and uninstalled

  • In its original packaging with all accessories and manuals

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Please note:

  • We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, get in touch with us right away. We’ll review the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery

  • Clearance or marked-down items (if stated as final sale)

  • Replacement parts and accessories purchased separately

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Need something else? The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without needing to give a justification.

To qualify, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it

  • In original packaging with all included items

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process it on their end

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at EUCS@swann.com.
